We understand that you would like to be sure that the jewellery you ordered is in reality just as beautiful as on the picture. And of course we want you to feel happy with your purchase. It goes without saying that we respect the law for distance purchases that protects you against any possible disappointment. This means that you do not run any risk with the purchase of your SILK Jewellery. After receiving your purchase, you have a return period of 14 days. If for any reason your purchase is not what you expected it to be, you will receive a refund of the purchase price on your account withing 14 days after we received the returned jewellery item from you.
Of course, there are a number of rules for this refund. The item of jewellery will be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it from us, which means that:
- The piece of jewellery has not been worn
- The piece of jewellery is not engraved
- The piece of jewellery is undamaged
- The packaging is undamaged
- The guarantee certificate is enclosed
If you want to benefit from our money back guarantee, please fill out correctly the return form that you received with your delivery and include it when you return the product. Return costs are for your own account. We recommend returning the item by registered mail so that you always have a shipping confirmation and track and trace code. Exchanging an item is of course also allowed. If you have bought the piece of jewellery in the webshop, the same rules apply as with returning the product. You must therefore also complete and return the return form. Indicate which exchange is involved and our customer service can immediately let you know whether the item is in stock in the desired size. If there is a difference in the purchase amount, this difference will be refunded to you or if there is an exchange for a more expensive item, you will receive an invoice of the additional cost. We will then provide you with the correct data. Return costs are for your own account.
