A real stunner this handmade bicolor signet ring. A true 925 sterling silver RAW edition Elements statement accessory for both men and women. This silver signet ring has a worn style look that is raw, rough and made to fade. New techniques have been used for the RAW Editions line. The sterling silver is combined with brass for a bi color effect. The brass colour will change over time and when worn. The 442BSR piece will scratch and fade in a way that tells your own story. It is precisely this raw rough worn look that makes this Black Elements ring so unique! The signet is 13mm wide.



Studio SXM

The 442BSR Signet ring is a product of studio SXM; the creative playground of Maarten Smetsers co-founder & designer at SILK Jewellery. Whilst creating the latest SXM collection called ELEMENTS, Maarten was inspired by the triangle shape and more over the four Elements Fire –Water – Air and Earth. Resulting in a colourful RAW and innovative jewellery line conveying a powerful symbolism. Taking it back to basic, at the same time taking a step beyond. That was the thought Maarten had in mind designing the newest SXM collection which has a lot of symbolic meaning. Jewellery making in its purest form. Introducing designs with an unmistakably handmade signature. For the designer it has been an exploration of various techniques of jewellery making which resulted in often raw but on details refined pieces. We have challenged ourselves more than ever before. Trying out numerous techniques of grinding, polishing, hammering and other ways to come to the result we have now. A specific SXM signature “ recipe” which will give the wearer an outstanding look and feel.
